Thank you to everyone who joined us for the recent panel hosted by the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), COVID-19 and Crisis Hotlines: Lessons Learned and Beyond.
This panel session included representatives from three hotlines funded by the Administration of Children and Families – the National Domestic Violence Hotline, the National Runaway Safeline, and the National Human Trafficking Hotline – discussing the following topics surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic:
- the impact of COVID-19 on vulnerable youth and survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking;
- the challenges and opportunities each organization has faced to continue serving those in need of support; and
- lessons learned from these uncertain times and plans for the future.
